Die Kirche San Benedetto Abate di Lugana liegt nur wenige Schritte von unserem Camping Village entfernt.

Sie wurde 1721 in neoklassizistischer Form wiederaufgebaut, vielleicht als Ersatz für einen früheren, von den Benediktinern gegründeten Sakralbau, der seit 860, dem Jahr, in dem Kaiser Ludwig II Gewässer des Gardasees und des Flusses Mincio.
