Het Pederzoli ziekenhuis, Dr. Pederzoli Private Nursing Home, werd opgericht in 1947, in Peschiera del Garda, voornamelijk voor chirurgie in opdracht van Dr. Piero Pederzoli.

Het werd meteen een referentiepunt voor lokale bewoners en verhuisde in 1952 naar de huidige locatie, via Monte Baldo.
